About this course:
Working with adolescents can be one of the most challenging areas of therapeutic practice. In my experience it can also be one of the most rewarding fields.
The first video will focus on working with adolescents in therapy, in addition to ways of helping parents of adolescents understand and engage more constructively with their teens. Adolescents cannot be focused on in isolation without working with their parents and family.
The second video will address adolescent self-destructive behavior with a particular focus on dealing with suicide and self-harm.
